Designs Not Appearing in Build Dialogue

I'm having an issue where I will design ships, verify that they are all okay, but when I go to the build dialogue, they are not there.
When I open design ship, the ship is there but without armament, fire control, engine priority. When I set all these again and save, I'm told that the ship design already exists! Even when I do that, override the design, I still don't see the design! 

When I click show all designs, only my older ships are there, and not the new ones I am trying to design.

If you open design window, the last ship is "opened" however with some limitations as missing fire control and sometimes guns can disappear. I suggest to open saved design, it should work fine.

If I understand you correctly you cannot see design when you click "build ship" on main screen? Could you check if your design is saved in folder: ....\Rule the Waves\Save\GameX where X is your save slot?

In case it is could you send here the design file Design_name.X0d where X is your save slot.
