JUN 01Intel on Austria-Hungary, Update The new fleet admiral has overseen the design of three new ships, on of each has been put into construction. First is a raider that is lightly armed and very lightly armoured that has a high top speed designed to run away from other ships. Second is a new Battleship, and third a new Heavy Cruiser, both of which seem designed to better match Italian ships.

I would not dare use this CA to be honest. 2 inches of armor on a 10 inch gun screams "flash fires!" into my face. Generally speaking the armor on that CA is in my opinion inadequate, and also it's missing BE and DE. Having forward and back torpedo launchers instead of broadsides is also... Uncoventional... I think...
Also if you're playing AH and seek to fight Italy (which is what I'm also doing in my current playthrough)Consider using short range-cramped/low freeboard Bs at the beginning. They shall never leave Mediterranean, but they make for good coastal defense boats and you can pack a lot more punch in smaller size.
