I have purchased the game and finding it great. However regarding the 3 days to activate. I have tried to do this but not sure if I am doing it correctly - I have the Site and Mid codes which are highlighted on a red background at top of page but it asks further down for Activation code then Serial number - where do I find these? Can you advise please.

You email those Site and Mid codes to Christopher Dean and he emails you the activation and serial.

You email those Site and Mid codes to Christopher Dean and he emails you the activation and serial. That's correct as far as it goes. However when I followed this procedure I got a quick reply (that's good) that contained only one very long string of letters and numbers. There is now way to tell which is a serial number and which is a code since there are no breaks, and no labels or text to help decipher it (that's bad). I've emailed back, and am waiting for a reply with some help. I'm sure everything will work out, but this is getting frustrating.

he's going to have to been doing nothing but checking his email for the next day or so isn't he... He is, but here's the problem: When I got a response it contained only one continuous, very long string of numbers and letters. Nothing else, no text at all to explain what's what. While everything needed is most likely there, it's not possible to tell what portion is the serial number, and what is the activation code. I've emailed back hoping to get this clarified. For right now though, I can't activate at all (I've tried but no luck, using different combinations of what was sent). I hope this isn't happening to anyone else. EDIT: Just figured this out, so here's a sort of guide for anyone getting a response that just contains letters/numbers like I did. The Serial Number is the first part of the string you'll receive, 18 characters separated by dashes (example - XXXX-XXXX-XX-XXXX-XXXX) the Activation Code follows that, and contains 32 characters separated by dashes in groups of 8 (example - XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX will likely start with an "A"). I found this out after more experimentation, and have created a small text file for myself that tells me what group of characters is what. It's all a question of counting the characters (not including dashes). The key is first 18=serial number, second 32=activation code. Hope this is of some help.

It's one line but if you look closely you'll see there are 2 separate strings of numbers. Look for the space with no hyphen, that's the dividing line. The short string of numbers is the serial code, and the long one is the other code. I absolutely agree that this should have been indicated more clearly.

I'll let Mr. Dean know that the codes are getting jumbled/confusing somewhere along the way.
Meantime:
-------------------------------
The activation code should look like this: xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx where "x" is a number or letter. You activation code thus is 4 groups of 8 characters with a dash between them. The serial number for the game should look like this: xxxx-xxxx-xx-xxxx-xxxx Make sure to enter each one (the activation code and the serial number) into the correct box on the activation screen.
