Email them to Mr. Dean (NWS Store Owner/operator) at warshipfc@yahoo.com along with your RTW2 order number and email address and he will be able to send your activation back to you.

Hello, I ordered the game at noon (GMT), and I sent the Site and MID codes as per the .exe's instructions. I have not received any emails besides the order confirmation. That was about ten hours ago, and I'm starting to wonder if my email went through. EDIT: Received the email with the activation codes (in the middle of the night ). All's good, so thanks!

Hello,
On Friday at about 5:00AM local time I purchased Rule the Waves 2. I played that day on 'Evaluation.'
On Saturday at about 5:30AM I sent NWS my authorization e-mail and data. Having read the Forum I understood this would/could take a few hours (perhaps even 24), but I had no worries because I was well within the 3-day Evaluation time frame.
On (Sunday) at about 4:00AM I tried to use RTW2 but was "Locked" out. I checked to see if there had been a response to my authorization e-mail w/ the Serial Number: there was no response. Again I've checked (2:00PM) having returned from Church and there is still no response. It is now well over 32 hours since I requested the Serial Number.
Sunday at about 2:00PM I sent a message to the Admin.
It's now Monday at about 4:50AM local time and I still have received no responses of any kind; no serial number and no responses to my inquiries.
So, on the one hand the advertised 3 day Evaluation limit was for me something less than 48 hours. Then on the other, I don't have the Serial Number I need to complete the authorization.
Also Sunday morning I sent a message similar to this one to a message link somewhere on the store site, and I don't have a response to that either.
Think that about lays out what I've experienced. I'll be happy if I get the Serial Number I need to complete the authorization and perhaps you can use my other information here to help your internal QC.

Greeting sir,
I purchased Rule the Waves 2 on Wednesday at about 7:30PM and trying to activate the game after I download the game immediately,but nothing happen when I click the "send code"button except a blank page pop up.
So I send a email to specified email address as the"How To Activate RTW2.pdf"said,but no responses in the next day.
Guess the email address I using might get banned in some country(happens a lot),so I switch to the my XX@outlook.com and send it again at about 26 hours ago,but still no respond till now.
The "Evaluation" limit are only 1 day left now,should I keep waiting the email or do someting else?
(Sorry for my bad english)

Hello, I purchased a second copy of this game to play on my new desktop after my first copy died with my old hard drive. Since the activation key transfer process requires you to run the program on both devices at the same time, recovering my original copy is not possible. I sent an email to warshipfc@yahoo.com now 56 hours ago for my activation key and have not yet received a response. I also messaged williammiller 15 hours ago and have yet to receive a response. My evaluation time will run out this evening. I would very much appreciate a response. Also, respectfully I have to say that you should really either automate this activation process or move to a different modern storefront to distribute your game. This process (both transferring an activation key and requesting a new one) is annoying for both the user and the developer and is a turnoff to your potential customers. Thank you.

Hi, I just wanted to note that I am in younglee's boat--I sent in activation codes 48 hours ago. I understand the Christmas delay, though. I sent the email again if that helps.
