I'm also still waiting after sending mine in a full 14 hours ago. I figure I'll give it 24 before sending another, but I wonder if maybe he missed mine completely or deleted it by accident if other people are getting theirs within 5-10 minutes.

Assuming you ordered close to the release time? No, I just bought RTW 2 about 10 minutes ago. I didn't even play it. I just started the game and the Site and MID code box popped up. I immediately emailed those codes to Chris Dean and literally 5 minutes later I got my Serial and Actiavation codes. He is clearly at his computer right now sending out codes so now would probably be a good time to send them to him. That's pretty disappointing since I assumed codes would be sent out based on first in first out model......

Received. I bought it about 45 minutes after it was posted for sale and just now checked my email and it was in there. Actually, Mr. Dean got it out to me within around 2-3 hours...but I had gone back to bed!

The FIFO system (First-in-First-Out) is what is intended in sending out codes, yes. No idea why some get out earlier than others, but its a good idea to always check your Spam folders to see if it got flagged and hidden, etc.

I'm debating making a Gmail just to try to send the codes again, and see if it gets picked up.

Sent my machine code 07:41 UTC, received activation code 07:43 UTC.
Guess I got lucky, then.

Update: I switched to a Gmail, and I got the codes back within a minute. So for anyone with odd or off-brand email clients, that seems to be the problem!

I installed the game on my second computer (a laptop) and got the codes from Chris Dean in 32 minutes. It would have been quicker but I didn't send him the Serial and Activation codes from my first install on my desktop.
So, just a heads up, if you are requesting codes to install on a second computer then be sure to include the Serial and Activation codes from your first install.

Haven't gotten anything yet, either as a reply to the request for the code or regarding the rtw1 discount, but, well I'm sure they're busy atm

That might be a factor, I do recall Christopher mentioning he got a few emails that appeared scrambled and unreadable by either of the email clients he tried to read them on.
