Apologies for if this is the wrong thread for this, but I am a returning player of RTW2, and I have since gotten a new computer, and no longer have access to the computer with my original install. I checked this: www.navalwarfare.net/files/SAI/How_To_Transfer_RTW2.pdf but as far as I can tell, it says that I need to use my original computer to transfer my license, which is no longer possible. I still have my original serial number/activation code emails, along with my receipt and order confirmation if I need to provide that, however, the download provided in my original order confirmation isn't working. What do I need to do in order to receive a new download link, and after that, activate the game on my new computer?

Please email Mr. Dean (NWS Store Owner/Operator) at warshipfc@yahoo.com with your RTW2 order number, and let him know you need a new download link. He can set you up with a new link, you can download the game and install it, then email him your new SITE/MID codes for activation.

I have bought the game in August this year and also sended the Site/MID codes several times, but I never recieved a email with the activation-codes. I also created a ticket for this problem at the nws-store support side, two days ago but didn't get an answer till now.

If you ever have an issue with one of our games please PM me and I will help you ASAP. There have been a few instances of emails not getting through to the online store server (apparently they are being blocked somewhere prior to the store server) which might explain your issue above - in any case I do apologize for any delay, that should not happen no matter the cause.

Just yesterday I had to re-purchase RTW 2. Long story here, a power outage where I live last month forced me to reinstall Windows 10. My machine was in the middle of doing one of those wonderful unexpected MS updates when it happened. That's life though. After reinstalling Win 10 I discovered that my backup copy (stored on a mobile HD) of RTW 2 would not work at all. Who knows why? Too many technical issues involved for me to care anymore. I guess it has to do with the really restrictive DRM. Since I really like the game (I was a day one purchaser) and I want to support NWS, I went ahead and made the purchase I referred to yesterday. I had the money and like I say, NWS in my opinion deserves my support. Now, this is only day 2 since purchase I realize. I sent in my email asking for activation codes right after yesterday's re-purchase. (Followed the instructions religiously and to the letter). I've been reading some very mixed comments concerning the promptness in which the codes have been emailed out, and comments about different technical NWS Store issues. My question is simply given that it is a Friday now and most things are closed (or run on auto pilot) during weekends what is the realistic earliest date that I can expect to get an email with the requested codes?
EDIT: Everything has been taken care of, and I'm back in action. Big thanks to William for all the help!

I bought the game about four or so days ago? It's somewhere above that because I just got locked out, I sent my email as soon as I possibly could on wednesday but haven't heard back aside from a response to a second email I sent three days later stating that they'd be doing another batch of codes later that day, it's been a day since then and there hasn't been any further activity. I don't know what to do and I just want to play the game on my limited time off work.

I have also bought the game yesterday (15 December) and sent immediately the SITE/MID codes and the RTW2 order number in another mail some hours later and I got no response till now. I have read in the thread that some mails do not get received, so I wonder if my mail is one of them...

The normal processing and return time is 24-48 hours, depending upon how busy things are. If you do not receive your activation code with the next ~12-24 hours please PM me and I will help activate your game.

Hello, I sended a request for a reactivation of the game. Unfortunally my old machine died on me some time ago and I wanted to reinstall the game on my new(ish) PC. I sended a request via E-Mail about 2 days ago. Thanks for the help in advance.
