I have purchased this evening and recieved the codes within 5 minutes of sending them the email. In light of this, I would probably suggest anyone who has ordered yesterday and hasnt yet recieved a notification to either resend, or contact support.

Well, no luck after 12 hours. Sent the mail again, let's hope it works.

I got a reply to my first e-mail 20 hours later. I had send a second already. I would suggest given them perhaps 48 hours or so before sending them a second or even third e-mail.
You get 72 hours to play without activating and from the looks of it, if you don't activate it the games stayed installed and you will NOT lose your saved games. The .exe will simply refuse to boot.

I got mine after about 20 hours as well. Well within the 72 hours. ....and, of course, the game is just amazing and brilliant. Best 35 bucks I've spent in a long time.

Well, I was lucky and no Paypal problems (seriously, Paypal! Why!) and then I'm just waiting. I do wonder tho, merely as a idle question.... There's a way to understand for you who is a legit customer and who isn't? I mean, someone leaks the installer. It will happen. Then a random guy sends you a mail with the codes asking for the activation: I presume there's a system for making sure it's a legit copy? Merely a random thought. EDIT: also check your spam folder. All the NWS mails I've got ended up there for unknown reasons. Yeah, that worries me too. When the installer gets leaked, a lot of illegitimate emails may come through and slow the process. I imagine they've thought of this in advance, though, and have some kind of system to prevent it. I sent my email yesterday 11:30 GTM+1, using a hotmail.es with the Thunderbird email client. Since 24hrs have past, I'm trying again, this time using Gmail from my browser (yes, I've checked the spam folders before sending another mail). I'll update on how it goes, maybe this can help troubleshoot some of the email issues. EDIT: My activation email arrived to the first account about 30+ hrs after I sent the request. Reading around, it turns out the activation mails are sent manually! (I assumed they'd be sent automatically by a server). Had I known this, I'd had been more patient.

Got mine no probs, but would have nice if there been a bigger gap between activation and serial numbers, had to look twice to sort out where one started and the other finished, a minor issue.

No luck in 24 hrs now. But it's still fun to play in evaluation mode. But one thing. Over there in the "* ISSUES WITH ACTIVATION or STORE ISSUES * RTW2 MANUAL *" thread, it read:
Does this apply only for the respective shop orders (which worked perfectly well here from Germany), or does it as well hold for mails requesting for the activation code? It that is the case, I should maybe send the request again, but though I'd rather ask, since I think it's fair to guess that warshipfc@yahoo.com might just be flooded with such mails (and I don't have intentions of making things difficult for you).

Codes are already more then half done.. and yes we have a double check redundant security system in place. Note, due to how I handle my email client most go out in sequence, but sometimes not all as I also handle various questions along the way. It does speed up the process to send your codes using the email address that was also used to place the order. Thanks

I have been adding extra spaces and a "RTW2 codes, 1st is Serial, 2nd is Activation.. thanks" to my signature

Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Outlook, and some others call a lot of emails spam first and ask questions later.. see that a LOT. So yeah.. check your spam filter often and do NOT set it for auto-delete..
