I'm add a new Possession in South East Asia, using Western Australia as a template, and when i load up a scenario during war, the game obviously load me to battle area near those of Western Australia instead.
I saw from RtW1 Custom Nation thread that it's a hassle to do, and in Custom Nation manual state that Warinfo file are for dictated who is enemy and for special scenario only, which i don't planned to add(for now). How would i add a new mission file so that game load to battle near my new possession instead?

In the MapData file, there are a bunch of lines at the end of each possession definition that look something like this:

These are battle scenario definitions. When the game generates a battle, it randomly selects a battle definition from either the appropriate section of the war info or from the battle definitions associated with all player- and enemy-side possessions in the sea zone where the battle will take place. If you want to create a generic battle associated with your possession, you will need to add at least one battle definition to the end of the possession definition.
Since you used the Western Australia possession as a template for your new possession, it is possible that you already have a couple battle definitions - specifically, battle definitions that were created for Western Australia - and so should either edit these to create your new battle definition, or should remove them and replace them with battle definitions that you created for yourself.

What value mean what?
Edit: And the Title, what does "MapArea0Possession0WM0Title=X" mean?

If I understood it correctly: Destroyers=0 (no) or 1 (yes) (not sure what this does, think if there are friendly DDs around?) MaxShipType=<<number>> is the max ship size available for that battle. BB=0, BC=1, B=2, CA=3, CL=4, AMC=5, DD=6 (no clue about CVL and CV) BattleSize= 0 (large) or 1 (small). Not entirely sure about this, but would make sense to me.
Title is the name of the battle. If there is no name, it is ignored.
If you download the WarInfo file editor from the RTW1 forums, it makes a lot of the fields more understandable (especially if you also have a warfile open).
