"Legistlature" entry for nations in almanac.

It gets a bit weird playing as the US to always see "Parliament this, parliament that".

I suggest that a "legislature" field be added for each nation, e.g,

United States:
Leader=President
Legislature=Congress

Germany:
Leader=Kaiser
Legislature=Reichstag

UK:
Leader=Prime Minister
Legislature=Parliament

Russia:
LeaderC=General Secretary
LegislatureC=Supreme Soviet / Congress of Soviets
