Wrong Nation Event triggered for a Blitz

Background, Playing as UK in 1920, fought a war with Germany in the mid thirties and they Blitzed Norway. I elected to take it after the war when their government collapsed. Second war with Germany started in early forties and I got this Event asking me if I wanted to go thru with a Blitz of Norway. Obviously, I chose no, being that it would mean war and I was already at war and didn't want to lose Norway to this obvious glitch.

If I roleplay this, I have one hell of a spy right in the midst of the Oberkommando der Wehrmacht!

also yeah i had this bug appear as japan they suddenly asked wanna jump on a blitzkrieg train to borneo and i was like hell yeah
