As per 1.03 version, the CLs are supposed to be up to 12,000 tn after 1940 In 1.05b I am already to 1962 and CLs are allowed up to 10,000 tn (periodically tried through the years since 1940, still the 10,000tn limitation existed)
CORRECTION As centurionsofrome mentioned, it is possible to built 12,000tn CLs. The bug/mistake is that the warning message has been forgotten to be removed. |

Oh. Now I now why I reported strange CL over 10500 thinking limit is 10000 tons as I cannot build them myself.

Actually, you can build CL up to 12,000t, you just have to ignore the warning which the devs forgot to change when they increased the tonnage limit.
