When did you start the game - 1900 or 1920? 1900
What nation were you playing? Austria-Hungary
Were there any start options that were not the default? 80% research rate, Slow aircraft development
Describe the issue in detail. I received the event that allows me to purchase a pre-dreadnought at 10% discount. I accepted. I looked at the build screen and all of my ships of that class are building for the same amount.
What were you doing when the bug occurred? I ended the turn and was going through all of the popup events.
What did you expect to happen and how was the result you saw different than you expected.
I expected that the new ship would show on the list for less per month than the previous ships
Can you describe how to reproduce the bug? I don't know how to reproduce the bug as it was random that I received the event.
What version of the game were you playing (v1.00, v1.01, etc)?
I started the game in 1.05 and updated to 1.06

The game has you pay a part of the construction cost of the ship each month that it's under construction. A 10% reduction in total cost combined with a 10% reduction in construction time means that the discounted ship should have the same monthly construction cost and a shorter construction time. How long does a ship of that class normally take to build, and how long did the ship that you accepted at a discount take to build? If the latter is ~3 months less (10% off the nominal ~30 month build time for a capital ship) than the former, then you received your 10% discount on construction cost.

I just realized that this is the case. Please disregard the bug report. It is a case of user error.
