And for those who enjoy meme ships (The speeds aren't correct because German Intelligence is not doing to well at the game start) I'll be sending out the test version this weekend, really busy right now

Speaking of meme ships, how are you implementing the Charles-Martel-type ships?

Speaking of meme ships, how are you implementing the Charles-Martel-type ships? Another user, u/archeloas, actually created them along with a good portion of the French fleet 4x1x12", with A,H,I,Y positions is a legal legacy B design

There is a bug with Germany no Versailles as UK starts with naval budget 4,993,040 - ten times USA. Same issue with base resources.

Good Luck fighting the British in 1900 I have never seen this summary at start of century and never know that Royal Navy was even larger than another 3 naval powers. And it is even more obvious that the war was behind loosing naval power of Royal Navy so quickly.
That plus the cost of the new ships to make use of the new technologies. But yes, it does make me smile whenever I start with 'historical resources' and manage to more or less match CLs and KEs but come nowhere with the rest of the fleet.

In one of my games in RTW1 I tried to match construction program of dreadnoughts and batllecruisers as Royal. I was able to do it till Indefatigable and Hercules class, than treaty changed it. However it was clear that I can start Orion and Lion class but after one year I will be out of funds.

It doesn't help that ships are too expensive by proportion - at least, the lighter ships are - nor that I rather suspect maintenance costs are far too high. On the other hand, there's no bureaucracy to pay for either, so that is somewhat balanced out

I significantly increased RN budgets when I reworked them so at least for the first few decades they will have the largest budget.

A some notes for you - I mentioned back at the time of mod release that there were a number of capital ships retained by the Washington Treaty and then demilitarized or scrapped by the First London Treaty which ought to be added to the 1922 start. I mentioned the Iron Duke Class, King George V Class, Florida Class, and HMS Tiger at the time. The full list of ships that were demilitarized is as follows, although of course Hiei was then reconstructed and converted back to front line duty in 1937:
The British ships are now present in the British start, but not in any others. The American Florida class is not present in any start, but both Arkansas and Wyoming are present in all. Hiei is present in all starts.
Obviously, I'd recommend that the British ships be added if possible to all starts, that the American ships be added to all starts, and the Hiei be left alone.

To add them I have to recreate some things(ie not a quick fix) so probably in a while
