Ok, I just lost 100 vp in an area where I got 1CL and 1 KE and the enemy got 1 DD? With this result, can I do the same against the AI? just show up wuth a DD and claim victories?

This is a bug. I usually see this type of bug when I am at war with multiple nations. You should report it and provide the version and a save game if you can.

There is chance that report about enemy ships in that area was not correct because it is difficult to have clear idea of all enemy ships where there are.

There is chance that report about enemy ships in that area was not correct because it is difficult to have clear idea of all enemy ships where there are. IIRC I was seeing this in the Med (playing as France) when at war with AH and Germany. I had killed most/all of the AH capital ships, and had a decent (50-ish points) force level in the Med (the rest of my fleet was in NEurope whittling down the Germans) - large enough that the entire remaining AH fleet shouldn't have given them force point ratio significantly greater than 1.0. My theory at the time was that ships on TP were not affecting the force point calculation, so that even though I had 50-ish points in the zone I only had e.g. 20-ish in AF status. Note that I didn't pay close attention to it, it was mostly a "that's weird - I've got a lot of force points in that zone" reaction (hence the IIRC). Didn't make a big difference to me because a few hundred points here or there are just noise compared to the (tens of) thousands of VP that build up in a war based on ship sinkings and rejected major battles. Good suggestion on logging it next time I see it happening. One interesting observation: my vague recollection is that most of the messages were about the Eastern Med (e.g. Cyprus) while my bases were in the Western Med. My thought at the time was "ok, the computer is somehow differentiating between east and west". While typing this paragraph though, I just realized: I didn't own Cyprus. So either my memory of this is faulty (which is HIGHLY likely - like I said I wasn't paying much attention) or maybe there was some sort of bug triggering. swedewolf: What were the statuses of your 1CL and 1KE? Were they on AF, TP, or R?

The status on my 2 ships was "on foreign station".

dizzy. I got no save for this incident, used it to save my new start. But I see many comments about this, so hopefully someone had reported it as bug. Im really impressed how much the dev(singularis I guess) how much is done on each uppdate and desptite the bugs we still enjoy playing the game.

I had to check the adjacent sea zones to make sure nothing was getting caught in transition. I was losing VP's in zones I had naval superiority in. I didn't report it at the time because that campaign was modded. But it happened again in an unmodded campaign. GL catching it. I hope it gets fixed. It doesn't happen often.
