has anyone had experiences with them so far i havent had any of my diving shells do anything (as far as the damage logs indicate) nor have i had the torpedoes be hit and explode on deck (even when carrying reloads) ive had what seemed to be diving shell hits against DDs from my DDs (sub 6 inch guns) but sub 6 inch guns shouldnt use AP to begin with so also regarding oxygen torpedoes i havent seen any changes since i made the first thread nws-online.proboards.com/thread/3730/oxygen-torpedo-performance-testshave oxy torps been fixed ? kinda curious to see how they work for people as i havent been able to get either to work at all

I used both. I have seen plenty battleship-caliber diving shell hits noted in enemy damage logs after battle, though its difficult to judge the damaging effects of 6 diving shell hits compared to the other 30 heavy hits. I have definitely seen them in action.
I have also used oxygen torps in my Japan game. I would say I was fairly successfull, though I do recall a tube explosion completely crippled my CL. While have not seen a DD be outright blown up by torpedo detonation, a couple times a single HE hit to the torpedo rendered the entire ship immobile in the water. One thing I did not dare test was putting submerged mounts on anything while using oxygen torps.

You also have to note the diving shells have a specific range (a "band" a few thousand yards in width, exact range not known) where they can work, if the ships are too far or too close the diving shells don't do anything and instead are a liability as they cause more over-penetrations.
