If you put spaces in it so that the format is; 120 48 52E 35 47 51N then you can just plug that into google maps (or probably most online map tools and get a location)
As a general rule the format should be DDD MM SS(E/W) DD MM SS(N/S)
You can drop the leading D digits if theyre zero and itll still work on most map searches, so D MM SS(E) and D MM SS(N) would still work
