In RTW2 with all end game tech, machinary power-weight ratio is only 30hp/ton(BB~CL,priority normal,oil) : 52hp/ton(DD,priority speed,oil). This pwr is too low after 1920's. I think engine tech's "reduce -1% weight" is too small effect

I think another tech around 1930-1935 giving a high reduction in machinery weight would be a good idea.
This would fit with the boiler weight of the KGV-class being 15% lighter that the Nelson/Rodney.

Although we never got a formal reply, some techs did get boosted to a 2% weight reduction after the initial posts, so all's well.
