How do I convert cruisers to CVL? I have tried to open design for rebuild, but the game just says only CVs and CVLs can have flight deck. Any help is appritiated  |

You have to tick "Flight deck" checkbox. It's located in "Flight installations, missiles" tab.

I have tried that, but then I get this message: "only CVs and CVLs can have flight deck" That might indicate that you are outside of (at least one of) the parameters for CV(L). Could you post a screenshot perhaps? I do believe that it would greatly improve the chances of catching the problem. |

I guess the problem lies between the chair and the screen tho. Thanks. |

Did you add aircraft? I keep forgetting to do that when I've ticked the flight deck box, and the game doesn't seem to like merely adding a flight deck.

I delete prior all turrets, guns, fire control etc., add then flight deck and at least 8 planes and then convert. That works.
