[1.14] Invasion range in the Caribbean [Fixed in 1.15]

Playing 1.14 with no mods, I have found the error in several games playing as the USA starting in 1900. I have used several launch options including harder peace deals, manual build of legacy and varying tech levels from 25 to 100.

Despite having Grand Bahama, and New Providence both comfortably in range the game will not allow invasion planning. I have included a representative screenshot to illustrate.

Yes, there is a calculation error that affects some large possessions (like the US). Thanks for the report. It will be fixed for the next update.
