Possible bug?
AI is far more aggressive with torpedoes, or the player AI is retarded.
How to replicate?
Start game, get 2 nigh identical battleships to go perpendicular to each other.
The enemy AI will ALWAYS torpedo your ship, while yours will functionally never even try firing a torpedo.

Not really a bug, but more of an exploit. If you have a raider (or any ship) in a foreign area where you have no bases, and it gets damaged, it invariably gets interned. Which is fair enough. But if you immediately order it to be reconstructed, it gets reconstructed, and is then teleported to your home area after the reconstruction, for repairs. Therefore you can avoid having ships interned.

Sorry, didn't work for me, even if pasting in the address bar. I really would have liked to take a look at that save Let's try again. I've placed the zipped game files in a new location linked below. I've also linked another example form the same game. Here's some additional information about the bug. I returned to this same game as it was saved just after the offer to resign in 1925. I got myself into a war with Great Britain and was offered a coastal attack mission at level 1. I accepted and found my fleet split into two locations - most of the scouting force was in the English Channel while most of the main force was in West Africa. 95% of my fleet was based in Northern Europe at the time. I've also linked this game below. This was a large battle that had deployed most of my capital ships - so not a fleet battle but larger than a battleship engagement. I found my main force interspersed with the UK fleet in West Africa - there were several immediate collisions as several ships started stacked on top of each other (it was day with visibility of 18,000 yds.) The order of Battle was also completely hosed. Several divisions that were subordinate to the scouting force were placed with the main force in the OB display. There appeared to be no flagship for the main force, at least there was not one in West Africa, nor was there one in the OB display. Lacking a flagship, I had no control over any of the ships in West Africa. I had that bug as well - Fleet battle with Germans against Italians in the Med. My main force was off West Africa (0,0 ?), except for one DD which was set as my Flagship. My scouting force was in the Med. Sadly I didn't get a save, but latest game version.

First post here, so hello to everybody!
I can confirm this bug, Italy vs France, just as the war started in 1915 I got fleet battle, all or almost all ships were spawned. Scout squadron plus some old CAs in Med, most of ships and all BBs in west africa. Some divisions were even separated. Whats more, french fleet spawned on top of my battle sqadron - within 2-3 turns one of french bbs was embedded in my bb, one of cls was ran over and there were torps everywhere.
Other things I noticed: In picture generator image sometimes keep reverting to last saved image. After some time it goes away and editing is again possible.
Log messages disappear so fast, i often dont notice them, at higher time compresion it is impossible to see them
Not sure, if its a bug, but seems so - while refiting a ship gained from peace deal is possible, i found i cant add the newest FC. Maybe the game still checks original owner tech?

When you refit a ship from the enemy, ensure its in 'your' port, not theirs, so you can use the newest tech YOU have.
