With the delay perhaps this will improve the chance of a choice of background, as previously requested.

or theyre busy dealing with the responses of their recent announcement. or making this game that you so desire. also there is continued development after the game is released, so if it isnt in the game at launch, it could be added later

With RTW1 we incrementally added a number of features after launch, I expect RTW2 to be no different.

A bit sad it hasn't reached the game for the initial release. The parched paper alternative in Kindle Book's background screen is a real spinner for me, would do the same RTW2. But in the the last words of Ned Kelly "Such is life."

The feature mentioned would not be included in the initial release, no. Of course, it is still possible that something like that could make it into the added features after release.

It would enhance the playing time with people poorer eyesight and older people such as myself. What means using RTW1 experience shorter stints of game play.

Unsure what palette is being referred to? the grey box background?

assuming the answer is yes; a change in font or font size may help. I've done a lot of testing and found the font "Tahoma" to be the easiest to read if in bold. here it is at sizes 18, 12, and 8. If that is easier for you to read, a font change (or font options) might solve this

I'll speak to Fredrik and see if anything can be looked at (either before or after release) on this front...I can sympathize with those of you with vision issues, I have to do work using a 43" 4K monitor with a high contrast theme due to ongoing issues with my own vision.

William Knows what i'm talking about. The font is not the actual problem, its the back ground being white.

I'll put in my request again to have columns of numbers be right-aligned. It is just wrong, wrong, wrong to have columns of numbers be left-aligned.
