Aircraft dropped radio controlled bombs! Those types will fall under the guided weapons tech trees in an update, so they should be doable (like the Fritz-X, Azon, etc).

I am expecting an aircraft battleship.(For example,Ise and Hyuga) There is no practicality, but there is a romance
Everybody likes a strong and huge warship, isn't it?

Random thought but, huge battleship carrying destroyer into fight like how torpedo boats are being carried back in the late 19th century xD Its a neat idea, but so iffy/unlikely and narrow-scope that the significant time required to add it & make sure it functions would prob best be spent on adding other items IMHO. Actually... Maybe use MTB squadrons that are already in the game, sort of spawn them in like aiship's parasite fighters? It would be hilarious seeing a swarm of MTBs on the high seas.

I do not. ๐ I usually prefer battleship around 35000 to 40000, there are cheaper and still powerful. Against bombers belt and turret armour is useless.

I believe that Hyuuga/Ise are already possible - just a battleship with a large floatplane complement. It will even function as a battleship. If you wanted to do something like the proposed 2/3 conversion, that is possible too, I believe, but the resultant vessel would be classified as a carrier with 4 big guns, which could be... undesirable, given the AI logic for carriers. On the other hand, such carriers could theoretically protect other carriers in the task force from direct attack

Carrier doesnt allow for centerline guns.

There is still the trouble of assigning sensible costs/masses for the capability, building the UI for it, etc. Feasible, but I would rather have missiles sooner.

I totally agree from practical perspective, just thought itโs a cool idea rather than actually suggesting it be added. As far as in weird but somewhat practical in game addition goes, I personally would like to see aircraft carrying and heavy gun equipped submarines. (Or just a bit more options for submarine in general without changing their mechanic in the tactical phase too much Or more mtb/coastal attack craft options like German S-boats.(by giving our limited ability to design or customize them like we do aircrafts)

I am expecting an aircraft battleship.(For example,Ise and Hyuga) There is no practicality, but there is a romance Everybody likes a strong and huge warship, isn't it? I can see the romance in that :3 although I most likely won't build one myself. I don't think it's weird, but personally I'm most looking forward to having floatplanes on my cruisers. dunno why, but I just love the look of cruisers with floatplane catapults on them

Yeah, I'm confused that carriers apparently can't have centerline guns after we saw a whole dev update about hybrid CVLs with centerline turrets. Though the game insists that your first carrier be a hybrid of sorts; the manual says a country's first CV must have at least 8x8" guns.

I thought it didn't state how many you needed? I was planning on just sticking one or two on there personally. eight would be... a lot
