First message of turn: Sir, the locals are rebelling against the German occupation of Kiautschou Bay
My decision: Support Germany in rooting out the rebels
Last message of turn: Sir, we could ship arms to support the rebels in Kiautschou Bay
Err, really? I've already declared our support for Germany and now you're asking this?! Pack your bags and get out of here by sundown.

Yes, this is the same game as my previous post. No, I did not manufacture this situation.
I think I *might* manage this war with less difficulty than the last.

garrisonchisholm I would love to know how many First Sea Lords, First Lords, and Prime Ministers have been forced to leave office over the course of your war with Britain due to how disastrous the war has been for the Royal Navy.

Quite the switch their GB. Also what's the deal with the auto build submarines? Is that a sort of "auto lay down x of y type each month" builder?

I just quit a campaign as France because I had all the nations aligned against me, but I was willing to stick it out because some of them were close to breaking under my sub regime. Except I forgot to check up on my Mediterranean fleet when I moved it from blockading Italy when France and Britain got involved (despite my subs being on Fleet support until then), and did not move my BC which was still in repair.
So of course I got an unavoidable battle right on the Italian coast with just my BC and I tried to hightail it back to Libya and of course got sunk before I could get there. It was actually pretty close, though, because I was stopped with 100% damage with only 100 or so minutes left to go during the night when she finally sank.
The humor is that I lost 45000 of ship points, but my opponent lost 8500 worth of airplanes, mostly operational losses. Had I survived it may have only been a minor loss despite being severely damaged.
