 So what does this mean? Is this some kind of region locking? My paypal worked last I used it for Steam and GoG but the error is very cryptic. "The Buyer cannot pay with PayPal for this Transaction." can't pay, but why? |

I just spoke with Christopher Dean (NWS store operator), he says it should work for Japan. Confirming the paypal issue, Paypal Checkout window is stuck at "Processing" ad infinitum. Sent the mail to Christopher.

After multiple tries with my Mastercard, same issue here, "unable to process", "unable to process" etc. and finally "Buyer can't buy". (Hungary)

I didn't make the final purchase as paypal didn't present the currency exchange rate to me up front, but, I had no problem getting it to recognize my paypal (canada)

It recognizes my paypal just fine, lets me log in with it including all the fun 2 factor security and then even gives me a price in my local currency which I have to pay. It's just that after confirming all that, it fails.

I had no problem coming from Taiwan, so it's weird it doesn't work from Japan.
