As much as I appreciate this example of how DRM harms legitimate customers I find the fact that I am now locked out of software I have purchased vexing. You guys really thought Email was the best way to do this? Emailed code on 5/20.

I have been waiting for ~36 hours now, but I am afraid I made a mistake- I sent in the code-request and forgot my order number + date and sent in another request with the number and date.

Similarly I've been waiting 33 hours. I accidentally sent two by accident though which is totally my fault. My email is john.is.davie@gmail.com

Yes - me too! Wait for over 40 hours now! This is why any kind of DRM should be worldwide banned. I'am concerned about software piracy too, but if a company decided to use a DRM they have to ensure that legal customers only distracted for some seconds by this DRM and that reactivation is possible in the next one thousend years...
This is only a game but there is DRM on critical software too - this is dangerous!

Just sayin, but if not for PM'ing William personally (and making this sockpuppet account for said purpose), I'd still have no access to the game I purchased...Yeah DRM isn't making my game experience happy.
What also sucks is you cannot just 'open' the game, you always have to go to the ugly drab DRM launcher.

I sent my activation email 3.5 days ago with no response yet. I am now locked out. Perhaps there was an issue with my activation and/or I did not include all of the required information? If so, at least tell me as much. I am sympathetic to the developers' concerns, but this system is clearly not great for their paying customers.
I sent another email a day ago to request activation for my laptop. I hope that one goes more smoothly.

I just wanted to pop back in and say that both William and Christopher responded to me right away and set things right. Thank you both!
