I've sent an email on May/28 regarding the activation since the button is not working for me, and it is 22h past now. The game locked me out as the grace period is past, so, unfortunately, I am unable to play.

We do ask that you email your codes 1st day of the trial so you can get the activation back within the 3 day grace period, got yours yesterday and its done today. Thanks.
