send one email because i did not understand the system at first. That one is answered. Send one on saturday, and 2 today, the last one with the order number added to make it easier. therefore 2 times. Your done.. thanks

I havn't got mine yet, i ordered i think 7 hours or so after the game went live - i am in the UK so it was the next day for me (18th?) Running out of time on the 3 days thing, just hope its on its way, if i run out of time i will use the store email to enquire. Toss me an email from your original ordering email address and order number at warshipfc@yahoo.com .. thanks. My bad i hadn't realised the whole activation process, it was difficult to read but with the new stickyed post i get it and sent the email in order to receive my codes, sorry about that!

I'm now locked out - I think I may have had the garbled auto email issue from Win10 outlook, hopefully the proper email I sent through yesterday made it intact!

I sent an email using the activation button yesterday, but I didn't include my purchase number or anything else other than the predefined data. I sent the email with the address I did my purchase with, though. Should I send another one including my purchase number?
Some constructive feedback which is in no way meant to sound hostile or complainy; I kind of messed up because I assumed the activation process would be automated, so I was late to the party. But given that you are seemingly answering every individual mail manually, the 3-day-unlock window seems to be a bit tight. I happen to have a free week right now, so having to wait a few days wouldn't be a concern otherwise, but right now, being locked out is kind of inconvenient. Other than that, great launch, the game is ace. Wish you all the best for your future developer career, guys!

Really dumb question, but do I not receive the email with the code automatically having placed an order order and paid with Paypal? Or do I have to do something more? The whole process is pretty counterintuitive, so your question is far from dumb. You actually have to manually request an email which will contain your activation code. Check out the directory you installed your game to, there is a pdf there explaining the whole process step-by-step.

Hello. Ordered May 18th, still waiting for an activation code. I also emailed warshipfc@yahoo.com my RTW 1 info for the rebate.
Edit: Just realized there was an info pdf in the install directory as per a previous post. I'll go ahead and follow those instructions!
