It would be a nice feature if when a strike reached ready status the game would pause and alert us.
Im often guessing and probably skipping turns to go from ready to launch
I think the carrier crews would do something to alert like the admiral, like thrown coffee on his window or something.

It's never clear in the Airstrike window when a squadron has landed and is 'unready'. Sometimes the squadron is listed but has 0 fighters. What's up with that? Im confused.
I think you guys screwed up the terminology. I would call a returned squadron thats ready to be armed 'ready'. And one that is 'arming' arming. And one that is 'armed' armed. lol. That way you could tell via notice that a squadron is 'ready' so we know to go arm it for a mission. Calling it 'unready' to go is more of a misnomer.
What I dont like is when squadrons dont show their correct numbers of fighters in the squadron and when you click ready, the number changes to some lesser number. That's confusing. I dont see the point in that. If it says 12 fighters it should be 12 fighters, not 2 fighters after I 'ready' them, which is what it sometimes does. Then the squadrons get broken up into tinier and tinier squadrons. I understand airplanes get repaired and come back online in the fight, but roll them into another squadron. Dont keep making smaller and smaller squadrons until Im sending off airstrikes of 1 and 2 planes.
Maybe Im just dumb and am doing it wrong?
