There is corrupted file of Émile Bertin class light cruiser and need to be renamed.
I would suggest send some ships to West Africa to defend colony as it is last colony in West Africa and it will be impossible to regain some. Some ships that can operate independently, probably Tourvile with couple of destroyers. It will not change situation in Northern Europe.
The second thing is that even if you destroy large part of Royal Navy, enemy has so many submarines and the ASW fleet is wiped out quite quickly that another dozens of ASW vessels would be needed, especially as war is going badly. And question is if it finished Amiral Cecile class as it would be ready after 2 years, it is too late. May be better to focus funds on more ASW vessels/AMC/aicrafts.
EDIT: same problem is with Blücher class, needed to be renamed too. There are probably more of them. Blothorn I would suggest to pack it again using another program to evade some issues later.

I have been continuously blockaded for the duration of the war--trust me that if I ever could have moved ships from Northern Europe to stem the colony bleeding I would have. The only option is shifting other foreign station ships. Here is another attempt: Attachment Deleted

I have experience in past that winrar have some similar issue sometimes.
note: I have no issue to correct it myself but ask whoever will follow if it is free of problem for him. As it only matters.

Take 3. I think I messed up the command line last time. The original zip was made with OS X finder, the others with 7z commandline. It may be that somehow wine is corrupting things, although I haven't had trouble tossing zipped saves between my OS X laptop and windows desktop before.

December 3, 1934
Two days' packing and travel to Paris, and I am exhausted. A middle of the night phone call, and a rushed move from Toulon to Paris, and here I am, in command of the world's greatest fleet. We may be outnumbered, and our enemies may have technical wizardry, but man for man, not the British, nor the Italian, nor the Japanese, and especially not the Hun, can match us on the field of battle.
The situation is dire - France is blockaded, with our only ally across the sea in America. The army is capable of holding the Communists at the Meuse, and is fighting valiantly in Senegal and Dalmatia. Algeria is, for the moment, beyond any help we can give. Lebrun will want to know what I can do, and I still do not know what I will tell him.Dec 1934 SituationThe correlation of forces in our local area is strongly against us.
In the North Sea, we have 3 battleships and 3 battlecruisers 3 fleet carriers and 3 light aircraft carriers 4 light cruisers 72 destroyers 18 corvettes
Between the British and Germans, opposed to us are: 14 battleships and 5 battlecruisers 1 fleet carrier and 6 light aircraft carriers 3 light cruisers 35 destroyers 25 corvettes
We cannot expect any help from the Americans, they will be busy enough in this first global war. We shall have to destroy them ship by ship until they can strangle us no more.
