Airplane development and type replacement have to be pricey

The fact that you can launch a request for propsals all the time, and that your aircraft are replaced automatically, both (afaik) without any costs to calculate, lead to low motivation to really care about the air wing. In reality this is both time and money consuming. I think it could add greatly to gameplay if you have to judge your airborne updates and developments as meticiously as your naval ones.

it does cost 600 mil to develop a plane i believe though it is very cheap
