To everyone posting in this thread: I have already given several private warnings about insults and personal attacks in this thread.
If I see one more example of this I will either lock or delete this thread & take additional action against the offender(s).

If I remember well there has been already discussion on that topic with quite interesting suggestions. Fredrik W commented it as interesting discussion so my understanding is that they are aware of situation. Right now there are still bugs in game, some of them still to important to be maximum priority (eg. Lvl 21 research bug). So it is totally normal that bugfixes and small improvements are priority to some large changes as invasion mechanics and feedback to player. I even consider bugfix of increasing invasion chance as temporarly fix. Please be constructive, point out things, recapitulete suggestions etc. but this "discussion" opposite to previous one on invasion topics brings nothing new except it is still needed to be adressed. There are millions of suggestions, there is certain that even all the good ones cannot be implemented. If I can suggest something to NWS team, just very small list of things which are being or will be adressed (not bugfixes but more about improvements, planned feature in just several bullet points) in similar way as changelog could be very good. Members of this forum will know that this topic is tackled, there will be no need to repat again and again that they thing that there is something wrong with it and they can look forward to it.

Too much is at stake!
edit: NWS forum is a rare bastion of mature folk, there are a lot of good reasonable discussions, and we have pretty much a direct line to the developer. Let's take care of this special place.

As you can see, I have 4:1 supremacy against both my enemies. Seems I can't get a war with a single nation, they are always signing treaties against me late game. Anyway, I tried to first invade Malta. That invasion languished for over 10 months before I unsuccessfully gave up and switched to Sardinia which has been doing the same for the past 8 months. In the meantime, the enemy managed to invade and conquer Morocco from me. Seems they have no problem with invasions but I cant get mine to fire. It's quite maddening. since your in the medeterranian how is airpower distributed it could be that the enemy has an insane amount of large airbases while you have alot less purely speculating though maybe they have coastal fortifications ? no idea might effect it i believe invading areas with more overlapping invasion circles helps alot with the invasion chance though i cant see the invasion circles so i dont know if its possible to choose an overlapped area id keep switching invasion every 4-6 months until one fires it worked great as japan i conquered all of this from 1945 to 1970 though as can be seen even with my long war against usa i got 0 invasions at all Attachments:

Selling it as a beta release / early access would have prevented all of this frustration.

thank you for pointing this out william alot of people do not seem to have noticed it especially because quite a bit of people (me included) bought rtw 1 when it was already past its early bug fixing balancing phase but in rtw 2 we are still very much in that phase (though the updates have been coming out at a hefty pace which is appreciated)
