enemy dive bombers were flying during weather where air operations are not possible

What were you doing when the bug occurred:
in an invasion battle with the russians

What did you expect to happen and how was the result you saw different than you expected:i expected no planes during the bad weather period

Was weather bad all time? I've seen the same several times (auto CAP around my carriers as example), but believe, that they take off in better weather. Though it is still an issue, if planes don't check actual conditions.

It indeed may be that the enemy planes took off in fair weather & the weather turned bad afterwards - we will look at that, thanks.
