making puting ships into reserve easier

A Quality of life feature:



After the war ends i tend to put all my heavy ships in reserve (DD are mothballed). But first i have to send the ships from all over the world to my homeland. It will be much easier if puting them to reserve would send the ship to homeland and then put them into reserve ASAP.

Maybe adding Reserve as a Movement destination might work?

The movement interface is terrible; I would much rather this be a confirmation for setting ships outside the home area to reserve.
