Current:
3 B are fighting and the lead is at 60% damage.
4 squadrons of DD are attached to the lead as support to keep them close to the front for possible torpedo runs
Detach the damaged B
Watch 4 of the DD, as one per subordinate squadron, detach as well
me: Groan at the reduction in torpedo raiding force
I have found as a work around that if I remember to do it...
pause the game before detach
temporarily reassign each DD squadron to somebody else
detach the B
restore DD squadron assignment
I would like it if in the battle we could turn on/off the subordinate detachment system.
