Task force organization and other player 'wish list' items are things we have and are looking at...more info to come as soon as the plans are finalized. That's amazing. Keep up the good work.

one more thing to add to the frustrations. turns out if you end an invasion battle early, even if you chased off the enemy fleet and sunk thier transports, they will still somehow successfully invade.

Yeah, this is a major problem in my opinion. The transports don't really matter in invasion battles, except for awarding points to the attacker if he reaches the invasion point with a number of transports.
I remember defending Madagascar from an amphibious invasion. The enemy had overwhelming strength, while I had a small airbase and 2 old cross-deck firing BCs. I was able to manoeuvre my BCs around the enemy task force while it was kept busy by land based air and a torpedo run by the few DDs I had available. Those 2 old ladies then charged straight into the invasion flotilla, sinking every TR the enemy had brought to bear, after which they were sunk by the enemy capital ships. Since I lost more tonnage though, (2 BCs while the enemy only lost TRs and DDs, with some capital ships damaged) it didn't matter. The game said I had suffered a defeat, which meant Madagascar was invaded. And since I had sacrificed the ships I had in the Indian Ocean to stop the invasion (or so I thought), the fighting was over really quickly.
Sinking an entire invasion fleet really should be a massive event. You cripple the enemy's amphibious lift capacity AND you kill tens of thousands of troops. As it stands now though, as a defender you should absolutely avoid the enemy TRs and just try and sink a capital ship without losing any ships yourself. If you sink a big one, it will give you more points than the enemy gets for reaching the point with enough TRs. After which, you simply run away. Lo and behold, a victory and for some reason the invasion failed even though the troops were able to disembark without any naval opposition...

We have noted this in our internal testing, will be looking at it - thanks.
