If you zoom in to the maximum possible level, the scroll wheel no longer zooms back out again; you have to click on the "zoom out" button on the top bar.

Can confirm this has happened to me a few times. It's usually when I zoom in on a possession to read a port name and switch tabs. When I return to the map, the view is max zoomed to a random location. Only the zoom out button works. I can't seem to replicate it and havn't been able to identify exactly what actions lead up to it.

In battle, zoom in to the maximum possible zoom. The scroll wheel will no longer work.

Oh you were talking about in battles. Yeah that's happened to me too. Actually, having re-read you previous post, I think I have actually experienced that, too. It's zoomed in on a bit of sea, and when you click zoom out, it goes out to the minimum zoom, right?
