As the the titles states, I think that France should have All Forward Armament as a bonus tech. While France wasn’t the first nation to develop the concept, they were the first to implement it, with the Dunkerque class. I think they should get the tech earlier to reflect these interwar BBs/BCs (depending on your definition).

Popint of order, Britain implemented first with HMS Nelson and HMS Rodney in 1925, the 4 French BBs were a decade later.
Quad main battery armament on the other hand...
