i was looking to mod torpedoes though i have no idea how the file works some clarification from the devs or others who know what it means would be nice (file is TorpedoData) Attachments:

My assumption is that RH is Range High (i.e. range at high speed setting), SH is Speed High, RL is Range Low, and SL is Speed Low, with ranges in hundreds of yards and speeds in knots. N is probably nation (G - Germany, B - Britain, R - Russia, J - Japan, F - France), WH is probably the weight of the warhead, CAL is almost certainly the torpedo diameter, and Type is anybody's guess.
That said, I'm inclined to agree with dorn that the file is probably unused in RTW/RTW2; if RH/SH/RL/SL are speeds and ranges, they don't match in-game numbers. Most likely, it's a holdover from SAI.
