(1.20) can’t convert Hvy Cruiser 8” guns to CV

There’s a rebuild error. Im able to convert to 9” guns, but not change the 8” guns.

If you use a gun caliber other than 8", will the game allow you to do the conversion? An initial CV under 20,000 tons should only need to be armed with eight 6" guns (note - if you use 6" instead of a heavier gun, you will need to mount them in single mounts with at most 2" armor), and for a larger ship note that the message says that the "minimum" armament is eight 8" guns - you can use eight heavier guns to fulfill the requirement if you so choose.

Perhaps 8x8” guns in single turrets would have worked because I don’t specifically remember trying that. I might have. I think I did. What I did try was using four double turrets. It wouldn’t let me do that using 8” guns. So that’s a bug because it let me Use 9” guns in double turrets.
