[1.20] Overcast can't ready planes [Not a bug]

Weather report Overcast

Advises can't launch planes

(really? Overcast and I can't launch?)

Went to ready the planes in hopes of a weather change.

Ready button remaining greyed out.

Overcast is AFAIK stable grey clouds at altitude. 


Althought....

There is a sea state warning.

This might be a case that the sea state is blocking the readying of planes. The messaging though could use improvement if thats the case.

Readying is not affected by precipitation. It can however be restricted by sea state.
