So I have had SAI and Campaigns for at least a year or so, and i've only jsut started to notice some error messages. So I wanted to do a fresh installation of the game but can't seem to find how? or if its even possible if I am unable to find the original email that sent me the download. Sorry if I'm missing the obvious, or this is in the wrong place.

It's odd that errors would just start to show up out of the blue. My SAI installation is over four-years old and most of the errors that I do see are self-inflicted.
I recommend sending a PM to William Miller (Forum user name williammiller) providing the most detailed information of your initial purchase that you can. Have spent enough time here to know that the NWS Team is very customer oriented, there may be something that he can do and can always kick your situation upstairs. Try also to have your SAI User Key as well since this may assist in finding your account or proof of purchase.
No guarantees though and your plight is a great advertisement for saving all purchase information somewhere safe. I use an external hard drive bought specifically to store programs purchased on the Internet and that solution is generally far cheaper than buying a title a second time.

Yes I believe it is something on my end, and so far the errors have not made playing impossible (a crash ever so many hours) but I had hopped to simply fresh install that Im sure would fix the issue as I often do with other games.
Is there a part of the the forum for tech/bug queries I’ve missed? As it might therefore be easier to, when the error message returns, post a query and see if anyone has a fix. Either that or I’ll just message who you said. I just don’t want to get far into the North Sea for it to crash aha!

The majority of error messages show are not fatal; the game will attempt to recover from an error, and more often than not it will. |
