In the manual, page 77 :
"Airbase Costs
The cost to build a new airbase is shown on the B UILD C OASTAL F ORTIFICATION screen when you
select an airbase from the list of available fortifications. This screen will also show the monthly
maintenance fee. The maintenance cost is the same for all airbases regardless of the airbase
capacity. Airbases that are not in the homeland cost 20% more. Larger airbases cost more to
maintain."

Issues:
1) It seems to me that "The maintenance cost is the same for all airbases regardless of the airbase
capacity" and "Larger airbases cost more to maintain." contradict each other
capacity" and "Larger airbases cost more to maintain." contradict each other
2) My Cherbourg airbase has a 20 a/c capacity. Maintenance cost is 26. The Dunkerque airbase has 20 a/c capacity and costs 16. Both have no planes on base. Doesn't this contradict "The maintenance cost is the same for all airbases regardless of the airbase capacity ?"
