Where is this data saved in the .bcs save file?
And from 1.19
"Added option to limit the size of airbases when starting a game."
Is there a timeline for making this apply to the AI as well? Instead of just the player

Fredrik W Is the line FFC=# (In .bcs) the controller for equipment deficiencies like this? Also, are Canals hardcoded into the .exe?
