NAW 2?

Hello! Is there any plan for a NAW 2? I think the game is good because you can recreate duels among many different warships, but there is scope for improvement. Like more advanced graphics, bigger tactical map and improved realism. For instance I have noticed that in the current game the effect of the relative position of the ships on gun bearing is not taken into account. If you 'cut the T' of an enemy ship, you can fire with the whole broadside but he can only fire with the bow guns. In NAW you fire with all guns regardless of the position. It would be also nice to have the possibility to modify your ships.

I know Christopher has considered working on a followup, but I don't know right now if he has decided for certain to do so or not.

Yeah! That would be great if there will be a successor for NAW. I recently returned to this game, cuz after searching on the internet for tactical WWII warships combat wargames for many hours, I found there is still almost no such game that can be more competitive than NAW. For the Cold War or modern era we have harpoon, CMANO, etc, but there're quite few wargames which cover the WWII gunnery combats. Some of them are more simulation games than wargames, while the others have many flaws. NAW is quite a good wargame on its scale, and catched many enough important factors.
Personlly speaking, the game looks quite ugly and old at first glance, but I found it very compelling and skills required. I've even spent many hours on it, even more time than many 3A games and other wargames!
I strongly except that you and Christopher to develop an NAW 2!! @willimmiller
