1900 Start USA Default settings v 1.22
When designing carriers with more than 50 aircraft, the required weight for aircraft listed in the design screen does not match the actual weight required for the completed carrier. For instance, in my current save, the designer lists 80 aircraft as requiring 10,920 tons, however, opening the same design for rebuild lists the same number of aircraft as requiring 11520 tons. As noted, ships with 50 aircraft or less report the same aircraft tonnage in design and "as built."

Not a bug. The weight required per aircraft will decrease with some techs, and increase with time to simulate aircraft getting heavier.

Sorry, I wasn't entirely clear about the issue. The weight per aircraft changing is perfectly reasonable, however, it doesn't make sense for that weight to change for some carriers but not others. Additionally, when designing a new ship, it would make the most sense to design it around the weight of currently available aircraft.

There is a difefrence in aircraft weights between rebuilds and new construction above 50 a/c, but it probably shouldn't be.
