Is there a way to remove territories and colonies from the game entirely? To the point that they don't show the Neutral gray color rectangle on the world map? I did some experiments and found out that by naming the owner of a possession "Error", I can reduce the possession to a tiny dot, however the game treats it as an error and will keep on reminding me during game play, which is quite annoying.
The reason I want to do this is to create custom games/scenarios. For example, when you play as Spain, I have the Spanish cities and bases on the Iberian peninsula which do not exist in campaigns of other nations. Hence my thought process is that it might be possible to do the same to other possessions, to make them "irrelevant" to my game, meaning that those possessions are not neutral, or owned by any AI or myself, but rather completely nonexistent for the specific campaigns I would like to create and design.
Thank you and please feel free to share your thoughts/comments/answers
