Japan is fairly likely to have a fascist government in game by the 1930s. A certainty would IMHO be too much of a preordained thing, and take away from the variablity of the game. I think I've seen a Fascist AI Japan maybe once or twice in my dozen or so RTW2 playthroughs as other nations. Without fighting Japan and collapsing its government, that is. For whatever reason, Italy and Germany appear to much more likely to turn even if unprovoked. Or is it just my luck?

People on discord I've talked to say the same and that Russia/japan are quite unlikely to turn in their experiences while Germany/Italy are much more common granted it was not really common for any of them to turn in the first place (as in usually did not happen over 50% of the time) Maybe my luck with nations turning is poor but it almost never happens for me
