Oldpop2000
Thanks for the pointers - though I don't think is a defrag issue as I am running on an SSD. I do suspect it is indeed a corrupted .zip file as you suggest.
William
Thanks, I will take your advice and email Christopher Dean...I still have the serial number email.
Regards
James

Oldpop2000 Thanks for the pointers - though I don't think is a defrag issue as I am running on an SSD. I do suspect it is indeed a corrupted .zip file as you suggest. William Thanks, I will take your advice and email Christopher Dean...I still have the serial number email. Regards James It was a pleasure although I don't think I helped that much. Always ensure you give the forum as much information about the problem including what kind of computer you are working with, more information can provide more exact help. Zip files are notorious for getting corrupt. If you understand how compression works, you will see that it is fraught with danger to corruption. Hope you get a resolution to your problem.

I am happy to report that a replacement installer has solved James' issue....happy gaming James. William Absolutely! All fixed now! Have to say...everyone knows about NWS and SAI for customer service; but still want to say you guys are the best every time. Few minutes after emailing, you had it fixed, no questions, no arguments. Excellent as ever. Thanks again. James
