i know now why my CV won't provide CAP to my BB. because they are in other "Force" when battle generator select my ship. How can i move ship to other force ??
(there are "Force" and "Division" in battlegroup tab).

You can't normally. There is a mod that lets you do it by tortuga.

Allowing the player some control over force makeup and deployment is probably the single thing most players want from any new release.
The current mission system is workable up to the introduction of carriers but often delivers results ranging from frustrating to utterly ridiculous after that.
