Hello : please excuse the improper grammar/English in my post I suffered a brain injury nine years ago and my grammar/English capabilities went out the window with my injury:
My question of adding sounds is not in tactical battle sequence of the game But in the various pop-up windows in the strategic part of the game.?
Windows in question are research discoveries and other various worldly events. If sound bites are allowed...
Example when Foreign rebellion/Invasions/Army Advances or suffered defeat "pop up” there would be battle sounds explosions men charging in battle/ battlefield sounds.
Example when Treaty/peace/arms limitation negotiations "pop up” there would be sounds like in a court room people talking or with a gavel hammer Calls to order etc.
Example when Researching/New Hull construction breakthrough "pop up” there would be sounds of a shipyard works like old fashioned air hammering of hot rivets/steel banging ect.
I’m sure you get the idea 💡
Thank you W.M.

Hello W.M.! Thanks for the suggestion on adding sounds for the strategic events phase - I will put this suggestion into our internal list for consideration.
Thanks!

Hello
Mr. W. Miller
I never expected to hear from you sir or to have my idea added to possible game inclusion consideration. From your response I can surmise that it is possible to add audio clips to the strategic play/events pop-up windows.? I salute you sir on a game that as well thought out and a enjoy to play! As any game player knows sound creates another level of excitement and immersion into the game’s experience.
Again thank you. W.Mitchell

Hello oldpop2000 I myself am Former United States Navy enlisted six years AO2 ,VF-21 F-14 NAS Miramar, Deployed USS Constellation CV-64. I salute you sir for your service! W.M. I was not in the Navy, I worked at the North Island Depot for aircraft. I did work on F-4's, F-14's, F-18's and E2C Hawkeye's. I was an avionics technician. I did work on carriers to certify their test equipment. I worked on the Connie, Chicken Hawk, Ranger, Carl Vinson and the Nimitz. Thank you for your service, I was in the USAF for four years. Just a fun thing, I wonder how many people know that the F-14 leaked water.... It actually did. We had to seal the WRA's with Dupont 3145 sealant before we could sell the assembly and route it to the birds.
